Hi Peter, I am back in OZ after a fabulous trip to France, UK and USA, but the highlight was our ride through the Lake District to the North Sea. And the reason must come back to your organisation of our ride.The service you provided was second to none and the accommodation you arrranged could not have been better.
Pete and Christine, we are still talking about our trip while getting in some great single track in Colorado this summer. I think Arnie and I are both stronger as a result of the ride across Scotland. You two did an excellent job and we will always remember the trip.

The whole weekend was just brilliant, from the very efficient - and patient - pick up to the bubbly on the beach at Tynemouth. Your organisation was great and the way you planned the perfect weather for us was amazing. Getting to the top of those hills and having such awesome views made it much easier! Thanks from us all.
Dear Christine, Thank you for the fantastic holiday. It seemed as important to you, as us, for us to have a fabulous time. You were accommodating and imaginative when rain spoiled Plan A. The interesting conversation made us see and appreciate Scotland in a way which we otherwise wouldn't have.
I could go on and on about what a fantastic time we had. Emily and I are already looking forward to our next trip. Thanks again for everything. We can’t wait to come back.
...for us it was a wonderful experience to bike the West Highland Wayhey. We miss the Scottish scenery already, together with all the friendly people we met. Dear Pete, in the rush to catch the boat last Saturday I did not have the opportunity to say goodbye to you. I would like to thank you (and Bob and Derek) for the most wonderful time we had last week in Scotland, it certainly was a magnificant trip and one of the best we ever made!
The trip was absolutely wonderful, very well planned and the route was well chosen. Sandy and I appreciated a lot your hospitality and your caring to every detail. We hope you can continue your business and make it bigger so more people can enjoy the nice countryside in Scotland.
Just a quick note to add my thanks to those of Kerry etc. For the faintest hearted of the group the trip was surprisingly fantastic. Your help and endless good humour were much appreciated and a major contribution to the quality of the trip. I am going to try and persuade my husband to do the Northumberland trip which won't require a trip up Mount Keen (presumably??!). Thanks again Pete.

It was a fab weekend, definitely worth it. I can't wait to go to Kirkhill this weekend, try out my new skills on my local trail.

We really had the most amazing time with you in Scotland, and you, as our guide, exceeded all expectations. Truly! The attention to detail, the excellent maps and itineraries and accomodations -- it was all just perfect. And we really felt that we just totally lucked out in finding someone we'd actually want to hang out with, biking trip or no.
Pete, Just to say a huge thank you for a fantastic weekend. Charlotte and I as absolute beginners were a bit nervous at tackling the trails at 7 stanes but your expert guidance and one to one coaching really reassured us. We had tried a few companies to try and find what we were looking for but as soon as I talked to you I felt like you were willing to listen to what our requirements were and made it so easy with your one stop shopping!
Just wanted to drop you a line to thank you and the team at Trailbrakes for the fantastic cycling holiday we have just had. You have all been very helpful in sorting out any problems we’ve had.

Hi Christine and Pete, Thank you for the excellent trip to Scotland. We are all happily returned home and still in Scotland in our minds. We enjoyed this week very much. The route planning was excellent and weather was perfect. The trip was very nice and we really are thankful to Christine for your patience and care for us and our bicycles.

Our trip to Scotland was truly one of the best experiences we've ever had, much thanks to you guys. The boys had a blast on the mountain bikes. They saw things they had never seen before as far as mountain biking. I honestly can't wait to come back to Scotland.

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for making our challenge (holiday!!!) a really enjoyable time. I know I speak for all the girls when I say we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Even Angela with her black eye was speaking fondly about the Scottish Highlands! Your company and mechanical expertise was very much appreciated. I hope that we've not put you off having other female groups!!!
The c2c with you guys surely was a highlight of my summer too, and I'm already planning next years adventures, including a 293 km one-day road race in early july. That will be great training for a c2c somewhere later in the summer ;-)
